Bandy
This is a made up word, not popularly used; in fact not used at all except by me. This is a type of person, someone who acts like a band person. Bandy describes people who are weird and outgoing, random and fun. They are not normal. Being bandy is being hyper always! I came upon it by trying to describe a behavior type to someone. So don't leave me in the dark and describe crazy, awesome, weird and for brownie points, people who play (an) instrument(s).

This is interesting, but I do think that you need to tell me a bit more about this word that you've invented. Neologisms are fantastic, but they are even more interesting when you can come up with a more specific definition of things.
